What it does

Keyed to the callouts A to E, Fig. 1
  1. A

    Price the wash

Enter the wine gallons and ABV coming in. Handling per wine gallon and per proof gallon adds up as you type.

  2. B

    Run time

Throughput, regular hours and your overtime multiplier set how long the run takes.

  3. C

    Utilities and labor

Hourly utilities and labor come from your own rate profile, with overtime where the run goes long.

  4. D

    Recovery and loss fee

Set the proof-gallon recovery you count on. A loss fee covers proof gallons that come in under it.

  5. E

    Quote to invoice

Send a clean PDF from your own mail, then turn the accepted quote into an invoice with the actual output and payments.

  6. Sync

Accepted quotes become jobs in StillReporting and follow the account in StillCRM, so the office and the still house see the same order.
